Francesco Dattilo wins the national final of FameLab 2024

Our colleague Francesco Dattilo won the national final of FameLab Italia which was held on 27 October in Genoa, at the Teatro della Tosse, in the context of the Science Festival. The jury's motivation for the award is: "having presented with clarity and charisma a very recent scientific result and at the same time highlighting the path of discovery by showing how science proceeds, the famous "Trial and error", how a discovery can come even through failure and a wrong hypothesis."

The winner will represent Italy in the international final organized online by the Cheltenham Science Festival on 29 November.
