The HR Excellence in research award has been confirmed to OGS

The European Commission recognises OGS as a Human Resources Excellence in Research within the framework of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).

The evaluation committee has recognised the attention that OGS has paid to aligning its human resources practises with the principles of the Charter and Code for Researchers.

This is a very important result that crowns the great commitment of the last four years and confirms the similar recognition granted to the OGS in 2016 and even earlier in 2013.

The OGS has been aligning its HR policy with European guidelines for some time by adopting the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
