• sustainable groundwater management, groundwater protection, groundwater vulnerability mapping approaches
• climate change effects on groundwater resources
• karst hydrogeology: characterization, protection and management of karst aquifers; hydraulic methods and tracer techniques
• GIS applications in hydrogeology.
