I'm an expert in numerical simulations, expecially in Computational Fluid Dynamics and related fields.

I have more than 10 years experience, both as user and developer,  with the open-source code OpenFoam.

My expertise encompasses the following  areas:

• LES turbulence models (from Smagorinsky and WALE to dynamic models) with resolved or wall-modelled approch;
• conjugate heat transfer, in steady and unsteady conditions;
• multiphase flow (exaample opf pplications: free-surface, boiling process, dispersed flow in form of bubbles/particles)
  • multiphase eulerian model,
  • mixture model,
  • VOF method for interface tracking;
• lagrangian particle tracking;
• moving/deforming mesh, e.g. rotating machinery such as propellers and so on;
• acustics simulation for noise propagation;
• optimization;
• basics of reduced order modelling.
